Home care in Horley
Aims Homecare provides CQC-regulated home care in Horley and across the Borough of Reigate & Banstead, from half-hour visits to full live-in support. Our carers already work in Hookwood and Meath Green, and with bases scattered across Surrey we can usually be with you in around 30 minutes, subject to traffic and time of day.
Assessment & funding
Care needs in Horley are assessed by Surrey County Council: their adult social care team carries out the needs assessment and the financial assessment that decides whether the council contributes to costs. We work alongside council-arranged packages and private arrangements alike, and we can point you to the right forms before the assessment happens.
Hospital discharge
Most Horley admissions go to East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. If your relative is there now and cannot come home without support, that is a situation we handle weekly: assessment before discharge, a matched carer briefed on medication and routines, and care underway within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes — Horley and the villages around it, including Hookwood and Meath Green. Rotas are planned so the same small team visits each client, not whoever happens to be free.
