No two homes, and no two people, are the same, so we do not quote over the telephone. Before any figure is put in writing, a member of our team visits your home, free of charge and without obligation, and sits down with you and your family to understand what is required. No weekend premiums
Many providers add surcharges for weekends and bank holidays. Our rates do not change: a Saturday morning, a Sunday evening and a bank holiday are charged at the same rate as any weekday.

If your savings and assets are below £23,250 (England), Surrey County Council may contribute to your care costs following a needs and financial assessment.
NHS Continuing Healthcare, known as CHC, is NHS funding for people whose needs are primarily health-related. Where it is awarded it meets the full cost of home care, and it is not means tested.
